The Wint5erhalter UC-M Excellence - iPlus is a fantastic warewashing machine that would be right at home in a busy, working kitchen. With its 15.3 litre wash tank and 2.4 litre rinse water consumption this machine can wash between 11 and 48 racks per hour (dependent upon setup and programme).
