The grill has a top and bottom ribbed cooking surface with an area of 260mm x 240mm which is ideal for cooking steak and hamburgers thoroughly without reduction, retaining all the juice. This unit is also fantastic at grilling fish in a very healthy way. Fitted with cast iron plates these provide perfect heat distribution (0-300°C) for even cooking. The upper plate is self-balanced and is opened by a heat-resistant handle. It is fitted with an adjustable pressure spring which can be adapted to suit the food cooking. Any excess fats or juices are collected in a convenient drip tray that is easy to clean.
