You can send the product direct to Dualit, boxed up with a brief description of the problem, your contact details, a return address and a copy of proof of purchase. Upon examination, if a fault is found and the item is not within warranty, a quote will be sent out for the cost of repair. Please send to the following address:

Please allow up to 2 weeks for the item to be repaired and returned. This is a return to base warranty, and you will need to courier this back to the supplier for repair.
