Excalibur Dehydrator 4 Tray No Timer 4200 Black
The Excalibur 2400 4 Tray Dehydrator is the updated version of the previous 4400 model. It is the most compact in the range and ideal if you are limited for space, or if you want a model that is very frugal with electricity. The thermostat now goes up to 165ºF (74ºC) for food safe drying of meat jerky and other meat and fish products and there's now a new on/off switch to compliment the improved polycarbonate casing. It has all the same advantages as the larger models, with a more kitchen friendly footprint. 5 years domestic warranty, 1 year commercial warranty.
